Priyanka Banoriya

Growing up amidst the enchanting lanes of Gwalior, I always had a passion for learning and dreamed of working in a corporate setting. Fueled by creativity, I pursued my aspirations by enrolling at NIFT Gandhinagar.

My professional journey has been a testament to my resilience and adaptability. Starting in the food industry, I transitioned into Visual Merchandising, focusing on enhancing the look & feel structure of the stores with better ideas and creative displays. Subsequently, I managed operations for a prestigious clothing brand across Nagpur and Bombay for two and a half years.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I entered the B2C sector, gaining valuable insights. After a break, I joined Infra.Market in November 2021, overseeing the Visual Merchandising for the South region. Despite facing medical challenges that necessitated a six to seven-month leave, leading to a career break of 1.5 years, I persisted in seeking opportunities to relaunch my career. Rising above illness, I continued pursuing my professional aspirations every day.

In January 2024, I received an unexpected offer to rejoin Infra.Market in Bangalore, which felt like a new beginning. Returning to a familiar workplace was comforting and made my transition period easier. I find fulfilment in travelling to visit stores across different cities as an integral part of the Infra.Market team. Gradually I have started to rebuild my career in a supportive work environment. I am embracing this opportunity wholeheartedly and have not looked back.
