NEXT-GEN UPVC PIPES & FITTINGS

UPVC that stands for Unplasticized polyvinyl chloride is an unplasticized variant PVC pipes that was invented due to the need of lead-free hygienic water supply. Since, there is no added plasticizer in UPVC, it is as rigid as an iron pipe.

While commonly available PVC Pipes & Fittings are manufactured with uncontrolled filler and non-lead free (toxic metal) stabilizer that are especially harmful for pregnant women and children. Next-Gen PVC Pipes & Fittings are manufactured without plasticizers with controlled loading of fillers and imported lead-free stabilizer/chemicals mixed through automated compounding process.

With the added advantage of using lead-free compounds, we ensure that our products meet the highest safety standards.

FAQs

UPVC pipes and fittings are made from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride, a durable and non-toxic material. They are chosen for their resistance to corrosion, chemical damage, and weathering, making them suitable for a variety of applications including potable water supply

NO, highly preferred for Cold water applications.

Yes, it is made from lead-free compounds.

The primary difference between CPVC and UPVC is that UPVC, or Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride, is made from rigid PVC without the use of plasticizers, making it more stable and stiff. can typically handle temperatures up to 140°F (60°C). UPVC is highly resistant to UV radiation, making it ideal for outdoor use.

On the other hand, CPVC, or Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride, is made by chlorinating PVC resin, which allows it to withstand higher temperatures, up to 200°F (93°C). CPVC also exhibits excellent chemical resistance but is less resistant to UV radiation compared to UPVC, and therefore is best suited for indoor and buried applications.

Joining pipes and fittings is made easy with the use of Infra.Market UPVC solvent cement.

YES, based on the outside diameter of the pipe select the solvent cement Bodied (Medium and Heavy Duty)

Two classes are available (SCH 40 & SCH 80) based on the operating pressure rating select the suitable class.

SDR 40 - 4.14Mpa to 1.93Mpa at 23°C and SCH 80 - 5.86Mpa to 2.76Mpa at 23°C

YES, Its suitable for outdoor application with paint the outside area
