NEXT-GEN CPVC PIPES & FITTINGS
Our CPVC pipes undergo a process called free radical chlorination, wherein elemental chlorine atoms are consistently added to polymer resin until it reaches a chlorine content of 57% to 69% by mass. This modification significantly improves the characteristics, operational capabilities, and broadens the range of applications for our pipes.
With the added advantage of using lead-free compounds during manufacturing, we ensure that our products meet high safety standards.
Our pipes not only adhere to the IS 15778 standards, but our CPVC fittings are also crafted from compound material that meets the specifications outlined in ASTM D 2846 for Copper tube sizing. The assurance of meeting high standards is further reinforced by the Central Institute of Plastic Engineering & Technology (CIPET), which has thoroughly tested and approved all CPVC products.
