2019

• Raised seed funding amounting to ₹251.34 million pursuant to allotment of Series Seed CCPS B CCPS and Equity Shares
• Raised funding amounting to ₹1,422.89 million pursuant to allotment of Series A CCPS and Equity Shares

2020

• Commencement of business through business-to-retail (“B2R”) channel of distribution
• Raised funding amounting to ₹ 1,407.06 million pursuant to allotment of Series B CCPS and Equity Shares

2021

• Raised funding amounting to ₹ 7,279.71 million pursuant to allotment of Series C CCPS and Equity Shares
• Raised funding amounting to ₹ 10,372.88 million pursuant to allotment of Series D CCPS and Equity Shares
• Acquired RDC Concrete (India) Limited (erstwhile RDC Concrete (India) Private Limited), a company primarily engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of ready-mix concrete

2022

• Strategic investment in Shalimar Paints Limited, a company primarily engaged in the paints’ business
• Crossed 100 manufacturing units, taking into account owned and third-party manufacturing units that are exclusive to the Company and its Subsidiaries

2023

• Commenced in-house manufacturing of Walling products viz. AAC Blocks

2024

• Shalimar Paints Limited classified as a subsidiary of the Company on conclusion of the open offer
• Crossed 200 manufacturing units, taking into account owned and third-party manufacturing units that are exclusive to the Company and its Subsidiaries
• Raised funding amounting to ₹ 10,490.30 million pursuant to allotment of Series F CCPS and Equity Shares

2025

• Crossed 275 manufacturing units as on March 31, 2025
